"Discover The Secrets Most Lincoln Navigator Owners Will Never Know About Your Air Suspension System..."

Chip Lofton
From the desk of Chip Lofton:

Dear Friend,

If you're reading this letter, then the air suspension system on your Lincoln Navigator has finally failed and you need a cost effective solution to get that new car ride again and get your Navigator back on the road fast.

I was in your shoes more than 10 years ago and I scrambled to find a way to get my luxury car riding like new again without breaking the bank in the process. My check suspension light came on and I was in a panic.  Unfortunately, at that time the only option I had was to pay a fortune to a dealership to fix my air suspension.  I was outraged...so I developed a solution to solve your air suspension problems for good.

"Why Your Lincoln Navigator Air Suspension Fails..."

The 03-06 Lincoln Navigator air suspension system is subject to many problems, but it's biggest enemy is time. The air springs are made from rubber components which dry-rot in 3 to 7 years.

Why Air Suspension Will Cost You Thousands...(listen below)

The Navigator air suspension's longevity is determined by how much extreme heat and cold your Navigator is subjected to.  These extreme conditions degrade the components of the air suspension system. Many times the electronic devices (modules and sensors) begin to fail with age as well.  This compounds the suspension problems related to the 2003-2006 Lincoln Navigator air suspension system.

...And it's only a matter of time before these factory air suspension parts you have begin to fail.

Also overlooked many times on the Lincoln Navigator  is the condition of the front suspension. In the same span of time, the Navigator front suspension is subject to extreme wear and the poor shock and spring quality will make it difficult to properly align the vehicle and this causes excessive wear to the front tires and eventually eliminates the great ride you deserve as a Lincoln Navigator owner.

Here Are Just a Few of The Air Suspension Components on Your 2003-2006 Lincoln Navigator that WILL Fail...

AIR SPRINGS
COMPRESSOR
AIR DRYER
SOLENOIDS
ELECTRONIC MODULES

Failure to repair your Navigator air suspension system can lead to safety issues, such as an air spring blowing while doing 75MPH could send the car into a spin. Failure can cause loss of work, car rental, towing bills, excessive repair costs (especially by big car dealerships) and in general can be very frustrating and inconvenient to say the least. The longer you wait the bigger your problems will be. Trust me, I've been through it already myself.

"How To End Your Air Suspension Problems...Forever!"

The good news is... you can avoid these high costs and the frustration by installing the Strutmasters Ultimate Ride Conversion Suspension System. Our suspension solution replaces all four corners of your Lincoln Navigator suspension with the highest quality, lifetime warranted suspension system.

"Don't Be Fooled By The Knock Offs..."

Because of our overwhelming success at helping people just like you over the last 10 years, there have been "others" out there that have tried to make conversion kits that look similar to our solution. Air Suspension Conversion Kit Knockoff Unfortunately, for those that were fooled by those knock offs they found that they were inferior products.

Don't fall for this...Many of the other guys out their use sub-par steel, heat the coil springs and/or also cut the coil springs so that it will fit many model vehicles.

The Original Strutmasters conversion kits are custom made for each application with the finest steel available. When you install a Strutmasters conversion kit you know you have the best in the industry. Heck, we invented it!

I want to let you in on a little secret...

With the insider information I know today, I would never let you spend your hard-earned money on replacement air suspension parts for your Lincoln Navigator. They will always fail and only help dealerships and OEM replacement part dealers "line their pockets" at your expense.

Dealerships have used this dirty little trick for years.

The dealerships and parts dealers want you to buy replacement parts because they know that your other air suspension and electronic parts are bound to fail in the very near future, forcing you to continue to buy more and more air suspension replacement parts over time.  They make a killing as you grow more and more frustrated!

The stark reality is that luxury car owners like you, have been left in the dark.  These replacement parts are expensive and in most cases it will be necessary for you to pay a dealership a fat wad-of-cash to install them.  Further increasing the cost to get your ride fixed.  Many times, you will also have to rent a car because the dealership will take days to get your air suspension working properly.

The worst part about this whole situation is that you don't have a car, the dealership takes forever to fix your ride and then the dealership will use that against you and magically find lots of other parts that “have” to be fixed.

Don't fall for their trap...it's not pretty once they have you. They will be laughing all the way to the bank.  Don't be their sucker.  You have another option.  I've done all the hard work for you, so you don't have to.  Here are the juicy details...

Goat Farmer & Good Ol' Boy from North Carolina Develops Solution That Helps Over 253,497 Luxury Car Owners...

The truth is... I'm just an ordinary guy that faced the same issues you face today.  So for the past 10 years, I have researched and developed a low cost, high quality solution to replace the air suspension system on your 2003-2006 Lincoln Navigator.

After temporarily resolving my air suspension issue years ago I knew I was not the only one that loved their car but was not willing to spend a huge chunk of change to fix the air suspension.

...I knew that even though I had fixed the factory suspension, that before long...it would fail again

So in 1999, I spent many grueling months developing the first air to non-air conversion kit to replace failed air suspension systems.  Today, I have helped hundreds of thousands of savvy people like you, quickly and easily replace their air suspension and end their suspension problems forever, while saving them a boat load of money in the process.

With a solution that is made right here in America, comes with a lifetime warranty, is easy to install, and costs a fraction of replacing your air suspension system with OEM parts, it's a "no-brainer" to eliminate your Navigator air suspension problems today.

1. Does the kit include instructions?

Answer:  All of Strutmasters Conversion Kits include installation instructions.

2. How do I get the air out of the Air springs?

Answer:  A knife works just fine or you can remove the air spring solenoid to evacuate the air from the air springs.

3. If I have a 4 wheel drive Expedition or Navigator (97-02) do I have to convert the front?

Answer:  It is possible to convert the rear and not the front, however, it is not recommended unless you have a functioning compressor. A full conversion is recommended on a 4 wheel air suspension vehicle with a failed compressor.

4. If I have an 03-05 Expedition or Navigator do I have to convert all 4 wheels?

Answer:  Yes. If you attempt to try a 2 wheel kit conversion on the 03-05 Models, the end you try to leave with the air suspension will collapse forcing you to convert the remaining end.

5. How do you orient the rear air springs?

Answer:  Each kit comes assembled in the manner it installs into the vehicle. A general rule of thumb is that if you can read the Strutmasters name on the side of the spring right-side up, then they are installed correctly.

6. How long should an install take?

Answer:  Generally speaking, install times should be around an hour per wheel, when professionally installed.

7. Do I need any special tools to install the conversion kit?

Answer:  Certainly not. A good set of metric sockets and a couple of jacks and jack stands are all you need.

8. Do I have to compress the springs to install the rear kit?

Answer:  No. If you follow our step by step instructions you do not have to compress the rear springs to install them.

9. How do I disconnect the airline from the dryer?

Answer:  You press and hold down the plastic orange ring while simultaneously pulling the airline from the dryer.

10. How do I disconnect the airline from the solenoids?

Answer:  You press and hold down the plastic orange ring while simultaneously pulling the airline from the solenoid.

Other General Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. How will my car ride with a conversion kit installed?

Answer:  The kits are designed to give you a dependable, smooth ride, at factory recommended ride height.  Many customers say the kits actually improve the handling and cornering on their vehicles.  We have more than 250,000 conversion kits on the road and our customers love them.

2. Can I tow a trailer?

Answer:  A vehicle converted with a Strutmasters conversion kit will tow the same capacity as it did with the original suspension.

3. How hard is it to install?

Answer:  Our thousands of authorized repair shops have told us this:  "If you can do a brake job, you can install a Strutmasters conversion kit."  They also tell us the conversion kits are easier to install than most of the original air suspension parts.  Most shops will charge about 1 hour per wheel.

4. What modifications will I have to make to the vehicle?

Answer:  Our conversion kits are designed to bolt right onto your vehicle with no welding, cutting or modifications.  Simply remove the old air suspension parts and bolt on the conversion kit.

5. How do I get the warning light off?

Answer:  Our conversion kits come with detailed instructions for installation and almost all of our kits include steps on how to bypass any electronics and suspension warning lights.

6. How long will the conversion kit last?

Answer:  All Strutmasters conversion kits come with a lifetime warranty.  They are designed to last for the life of your vehicle.  Our conversion kits eliminate your air suspension problems forever!

7. What makes you better than the competition?

Answer:  Some of our competitors use inferior Chinese steel and other Chinese parts.  Customers and shops have spoken and prefer the quality and durability of our parts, which are made and assembled in the United States.
Some of our competitors use coil springs off the shelf and modify them for a particular vehicle.  Reheating a steel coil spring is very bad news because it makes the spring brittle and leads to failure.

8. What if I dont have the money to convert the entire vehicle?

Answer:  Strutmasters understands that you work hard for your money.  Our owner, Chip Lofton, knows that vehicles seem to pick the worst possible time to need repair his car failed while on vacation.  Therefore, Strutmasters offers two-wheel conversion kits on as many vehicles as possible.  We also offer a special savings for customers who convert all four wheels.

9. Why should I convert my suspension if I do not plan to keep the car?

Answer:  A Strutmasters conversion kit may help you fall in love with your vehicle all over again!  If not, a conversion kit will pay off when you decide to sell it.  A vehicle with a good ride sells for more money and you will not be hearing back from the new owner complaining that you sold them a lemon.
