1998 - 2002 Lincoln Navigator Air Suspension

Lincoln has offered the Navigator in both two wheel and four wheel drive versions, with and without air suspension systems. At Suspension Alternatives, we can help you with both your air suspension and passive suspension needs.

For the air suspension, we have replacement rear air spring assemblies, suspension compressors and dryers. We also offer you the option of ending your air suspension worries forever by installing our conversions that will give your Navigator a like new again ride. Our conversions can also be used on Navigators that did not come with air, just let us know when you are ordering that you are replacing a passive system.

Rear Air Suspension Conversion Kit

You can now replace the the rear air suspension on your Navigator with our coil spring conversion. Our coil springs convert the air suspension system to a dependable high quality passive spring system. Our springs are designed to give your vehicle a smooth ride. Springs fit perfectly in the existing seats without welding to the suspension. The package includes detailed instructions. Your springs may not look exactly like the photo. Please let us know the year of your car so we may ship you the right springs for your needs.

Front Air Suspension Conversion Kit

You can now replace the the front air suspension on your Navigator with our conversion. Our system converts the air suspension system to a dependable high quality passive strut. It is designed to give your vehicle a smooth ride, and to fit perfectly in the existing seats without welding to the suspension. The strut includes detailed instructions. Our remanufactured compressors are completely disassembled and remanufactured from the ground up. We replace all the high wear parts such as bearings, sleeves, and bushings with name brand parts. Our compressors are inspected and tested numerous times before leaving the factory.

Air Suspension Dryer

Our dryers are disassembled and remanufactured with new parts. We replace dirty, rusty, and worn parts with new, high quality, American made components. Our dryers are redesigned to insure you many years of maintenance free service.

We strongly suggest that you change the dryer whenever you need to change either the air springs or the air compressor. A bad dryer can allow water to get into the springs, damaging your new investment. As the dryer gets filled with moisture, the back pressure can overload and burn out your compressor.
