Chrysler has offered air suspension systems on three models, the Dynasty,
the Imperial, and the New Yorker 5th Avenue. The Chrysler Air Suspension
system is subject to many problems but TIME is its biggest enemy. The air
springs and air struts are made with rubber, which tends to dry-rot in five
to seven years. The Chrysler's air supension's longevity is determined by
how much extreme heat and cold to which the car is subjected; extreme
conditions degrade the components.
At Suspension Alternatives, we are offering you two choices to beat the
high dealer replacement cost on air suspension parts for your Chrysler.
First, we offer you replacement air suspension compressors and dryers for
your Chrysler. Second, we have a suspension conversion to change your air
suspension system over to a passive, luxury ride suspension system.

This conversion is for the 1989-1993 Chrysler Imperial,
New Yorker/Fifth Ave, and Dodge Dynasty.
Our conversion changes the Chrysler air suspension system to a
dependable, high quality, passive suspension system. Our new
struts and springs are designed to give your vehicle a smooth
ride. These conversions provide a perfect fit without welding.
Each conversion includes detailed instruction and all mounting
hardware. You may choose to replace the full four wheel system,
or just the rear springs (the bottom pair shown in the
photo to the left) IF THE CAR CAME WITH AIR ON THE REAR ONLY.
